Interface for creating Item Sets

Item Sets are used at the Grand Exchange to compress an entire set of armour into a single item for easier buying and selling. This can be done by have the armour set in inventory and right clicking on a Grand Exchange Clerk and clicking on the Item Set button in the lower right hand corner.
