Wool

Wool is currently dropped by sheep on death and when sheared. It is not currently used for anything.

Before the end of beta, sheep will not be killable (but rams will be) and therefore wool will only be obtained by shearing them.

As a side note, wool will also be changed from a block to an item before release.
