Wizard Cromperty
From MineScape Wiki
Wizard Cromperty, located in north-east Ardougne, can teleport you to the Rune essence mine. He is also involved with the Tribal Totem*, One Small Favour* and King's Ransom* quests. He has a slight problem with the Postal service.

- Wizard Cromperty is the solution to the master cryptic clue: A chisel and hammer reside in his home, strange for one of magic. Impress him with your magical equipment. Wear equipment adding up to at least 100 magic attack bonus when talking to him.
