The Body Rune Altar is used to craft [Rune_Essence Rune Essence] or Pure Essence into Body Runes, levelling the [Runecrafting Runecrafting] skill. You will also need a Body Talisman or Tiara to craft the runes, unless going through the Abyss.
The Altar is located west of Barbarian Village and south of the Edgeville Monastery.
